HOW WORDOLOTL WORKS
The Wordolotl Process

1. Tell Us About Your Project
To make a booking with us, either email us at contact@wordolotl.com, fill in the contact form, or send us a message via WeChat or WhatsApp. Make sure to mention what sort of service you require, a rough length (e.g., word count, recorded minutes, pages), and when you need delivery by. We will then reply to you with a rough quote within 24 hours.

2. Send Us Your File
After we receive your file, if selecting an editing, proofreading or transcription project, we will provide you with an exact quote and a date of delivery. If you want a writing or consultation, quotes will vary depending on project length and the number of sessions and will most likely be charged using an invoice.

3. Send Us Payment So We Can Get to Work
For smaller projects (under £200), we will need all the payment upfront before we can start work. We can also provide quotes and accept payment in US dollars or euros if needed. Payment can be received via direct bank transfer or PayPal.

4. Receive Your Finished Product and Send Us Any Remaining Payments
If there is any outstanding balance, it will need to be settled within a week of the finished product being sent or by the due date on the invoice sent. If you have any questions or concerns, Wordolotl is here to help.

By booking with Wordolotl, customers acknowledge they are permitted to use our services. Bookings are taken by Wordolotl as understanding and acceptance of the above.
